Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to every quote, agreement, and piece of work from Sulejman Services (KvK 99469596, BTW NL005389302B41), based at Maarten Lutherweg 19, 1185 AJ Amstelveen, Netherlands ("I", "me"). "You" means the client. Other terms only apply if we agree them in writing.
Quotes and agreements
A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. An agreement starts when you accept a quote in writing, email is fine. The price in a quote is fixed for the work that quote describes.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and exclude btw, which I add where it applies. Unless we agree otherwise, I invoice on completion, or in agreed parts for larger projects. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is late, I may pause the work and charge the statutory interest for commercial transactions.
Scope and changes
I build what the accepted quote describes. Anything beyond that, such as new features or a bigger scope, is extra work. I tell you before I do it, and we agree the price first.
Delivery and your cooperation
Any timeline I give is an estimate, not a hard deadline, unless we agree one in writing. To deliver I need your input, content, and access when needed. Delays on your side move the timeline.
Ownership and portfolio
Once you have paid in full, the work I deliver is yours to use. Third-party tools, libraries, and their licences stay with their owners. I may show the finished work in my portfolio, unless we agree in writing that I won't.
Liability
I do the work with care, but I cannot guarantee software is free of every fault. My liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost revenue or data, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.
Confidentiality
I keep what you share with me confidential and use it only to do the work.
Cancellation
Either of us can end an agreement in writing. If you cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Any dispute we cannot resolve together goes before the competent court in the Netherlands.
